I am two weeks into using the Advantraslim Sprint and I wanted to give you a rundown of the Sprint Program, an accelerated method to lose weight quicker if you have something important coming up this is a great way to speed up weight loss! In total you will take 4 packs a day, instead of the regular 2!

I take one in the morning, one in the afternoon, one in the evening.  All are mixed into water, which has also increased my water consumption which I needed as well.

The first 2 of the day do have caffeine, 80mg – which is less than I drink in Diet Coke most days so I felt good about it! These 2 packs help give me energy and decrease my appetite.

The 3rd pack of the day is caffeine free so you don’t have too much floating around your system when you need to rest and sleep at night.

Last but not last, Sleep it off! This pack help your body rest & burn an additional 100 calories. WHILE YOU SLEEP. Thats what sold it for me!
