I have been loving a hearty breakfast sandwich in the mornings lately – they are really quick and easy with Vans Foods Waffles. I really love the 8 whole grain ones, they are my favorite! But we also really like their gluten free & organic ones as well. For these sandwiches we layered them with a few combos. FIRST: Eggs, ham & cheese. SECOND: Avocado, bacon, provolone cheese & spinach My kids also have LOVED these waffles they have these cute tiny chocolate chip waffles that are really easy for them to eat and are super yummy with a little chocolate and strawberries on top too! You can learn more about Vans Foods here, I love partnering with them for this post!
This meal just feels like home to me! We love hashing up some sweet potatoes and throwing together all sorts of yummy veggies for breakfast hashes. For this one we did shredded sweet potatoes, zucchini, red pepper and broccoli. I sautéed up the veggies with a little avocado oil and salt, then added a few precooked @gilbertscraftsausages (the chicken breakfast sausage is amazing!) all sliced up and broke 3 eggs on top. I baked it in the over for at 400 until the eggs looked the consistency preferred. It was delish!
WE LOVE NAME BUBBLES! If you are busy juggling lots of little and need a way to quickly label their belongings, I cant recommend Name Bubbles enough! They are SO quick and easy. My kids liked picking out their labels and designing them, and they stick them on everything. Lunch boxes, cups, toys, etc. Its been a really fun way for my kids to take ownership of their stuff, and I love having a quick clean way to stay organized. Did I mention they can be written on with a sharpie?! OH AND THE BEST PART – They are dishwasher safe! They are having a birthday sale through Monday so hurry and go shop! Use code BDAY for 25% off and free shipping!

2018!! I know I know, there are a million people starting a million diets, cleanses, detoxes- what more could I possibly have to introduce you guys to!? I got an email from Prescribe Nutrition and I was so excited to give this a shot for a few reasons. First of all, they are whole foods focused – which is ALWAYS my primary beliefs on eating and fueling the body. I don’t focus on quick weight loss, I focus on healing the gut and fueling the body with nutrition. They also introduce the concept of a GENTLE REVERSE DETOX that sounds SO perfect for me! I think sometimes we go cold turkey eliminating all the bad things for the sake of detox, but our bodies go into shock and we cave and fail on our goal. They slowly eliminate foods over 3 weeks, with the end of the program being the most strict. I LOVE THIS […]
The juggle is real guys! The mornings around here are so crazy trying to get all 4 kids dressed & fed, lunches packed and out the door in time for the bus. I need quicker breakfast options and snacks on the go – but the problem seems to be everything fast – isn’t healthy! I was so excited when Kidzshake reached out and told me about their nutrition shakes FOR kids. Lots of products out there are designed that are ok for kids, but this is specifically designed for kids. Their bodies are growing, their minds need help learning – and they need specific supplementation for THEM. They are an organic protein, gluten free, soy free, dairy free, nut free, corn free AND dairy free. They are packed with vitamins and enzymes. They are naturally sweetened and offer over 4 billion probiotics, fiber for gut health and omega 3’s. And guess what the best part […]
