INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp sesame oil 
1 tsp @redmondrealsalt onion salt
4 cups cauliflower rice 
2 cups chopped veggies (I used zucchini & carrots) 
3 eggs 
4 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos 
Stir fry veggies until cooked through, add cauliflower cook throughly. Mix in 3 eggs and scramble into the mix. Add soy sauce, top with a little green onion and enjoy!
