Garlic Parm Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes, sliced
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp garlic salt (I prefer Redmond Farms)
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Mix all together & spread evenly over coated baking sheet.
Bake at 450 for 15 minutes, then toss.
Bake again at 450 for 10 more minutes.
Broil for 5 minutes or less–watch the browning on top.
