Garlic Rosemary Beef Tenderloin

1 pound beef tenderloin
1 spring fresh rosemary
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup salt

Mix salt, finely chopped rosemary, garlic together.
Massage salt mixture into beef tenderloins.
Sear each side of the beef.
Bake at 435 for 15 minutes to start, until internal temp reaches 145. You can cook longer if you prefer more well done.
Extra squeeze of fresh lemon on top of desired.
